Want to take your fitness up to the next level? Are you getting winded after a long sparring class?
Quantum's Martial Arts Conditioning class:
Thursdays at 7pm.
In this one hour class you will do individual and partner drills that work in intervals. Alternating between carido and strength training routines, you will improve your endurance, get stronger, and have fun.
The class is fast paced and the exercises are challenging but they can be modified for all fitness levels. Dress is casual.
This thursday, as a added bonus I will be making post workout protein shakes for everyone that comes. You get a choice of banana-strawberry or Chocolate-peanut butter.
